Where do you ship to?

We are currently able to ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Japan, and most EU countries. There is a convenient flat rate of $2 to ship within the USA (Including AK & HI!) for any order size, and a $5 flat rate to ship Internationally, also any order size.

How long will it take for my order to arrive (USA/AK/HI)?

Orders are custom printed within 2-7 business days, then shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail. You can expect your order to arrive between 5-10 days from the time of placing your order. You’ll receive additional email confirmation and a tracking number when your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

How long will it take for my order to arrive (EU, UK, Japan, Canada)?

Orders are custom printed within 2-7 business days, then shipped using one of these carriers: USPS, FedEx, DHL, or DPD. You can expect your order to arrive between 10-21 days from the time of placing your order. You’ll receive additional email confirmation and a tracking number when your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

What if my order doesn’t arrive or I made a mistake while ordering?

No worries, contact us at support@bioactivegraphics.com and we’ll get back to you usually within 2 business days to help get things sorted out!

What is your Return/Exchange policy?

  • Returns and Exchanges must be requested via email within 7 days of receiving your order
  • We will gladly exchange un-worn/un-washed merchandise for a different size or color.
  • Returns are issued via store credit only at this time.
  • The customer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping the return or exchange back to us.
  • We will cover the cost of shipping the new item out to the customer, in the case of an exchange.
  • If the item is being returned or exchanged due to defective craftsmanship (e.g. printing or sewing irregularities), we will reimburse the customer’s shipping cost as well via paypal.

How do I return/exchange an item?

  • Email support@bioactivegraphics.com within 7 days of receiving your order, describing what the problem is. We’ll work with you to get your exchange or store credit processed (note: cash refunds are not offered at this time, only store credit).

What is your privacy policy?

  • We will never share your personal information with 3rd parties, nor use it for any purpose other than fulfilling the order you have placed.
  • When placing an order, you will be able to choose whether you’d like to subscribe to our mailing list or not, by clicking a check box.
